This summer, we enjoyed a night out at Z-Tejas, an Austin restaurant offering Southwestern cuisine.
We were very excited to indulge in this fantastic menu for happy hour:

- Grilled Shrimp Tostadas – Cilantro shrimp, guacamole, tostadas, chipotle, cucumber salad Substitute cucumber rounds
- Catfish Beignets – Catfish, cornmeal, jalapeño tartar, Southwestern slaw
- Street Tacos – Skirt steak, cucumber, avocado, cotija, chipotle cream, salsa verde, corn tortilla
