We loved this happy hour so much, we came back! (Remember when we first visited them last year?) Infinite Monkey Theorem and Austin Rotisserie welcomed us back and we were very excited to try all the new things.
The Infinite Monkey Theorem is a cool place to hang out! It’s very spacious with laid-back vibes and really cool local art. Did you know they had local artists decorate the winery? We tasted Infinite Monkey Theorem’s tempranillo, merlot, sauv blanc, and viognier. The viognier came straight from the tank and it’s very refreshing!
Austin Rotisserie’s classic rotisserie chicken and potatoes wow by itself, but if you want more carbs, you’ll love the rotisserie chicken sandwich with arugula and goat cheese. You could also go for the classic ham and swiss. We also loved the charcuterie and fromage plate.
